SAS welding's latest product is stainless steel grates and stainless steel drains. Due to a large market we have expanded our field into drainage solutions. Our goal is to supply the people of Australia the best quality stainless steel grates on the market at the most competitive price. Stainless steel grates are also excellent around swimming pools and 316 stainless that we use is a good choice around salt water pools other areas you could use our stainless steel linear grates would be kitchens, bars, walkways and courtyards, or even as the base of your water feature (see our misc link for water features) all of our grates are 316 grade stainless steel this is a marine grade stainless steel. we have 3 styles of stainless steel grates available in 2 standard widths. but we can easily customise almost any size stainless steel grate and trough in our fabrication workshop .

Installation instructions

• For long sections use silicon sealant on trough joins to prevent seepage at joints
• Grate surface should be 2mm below tile surface
• Important - install with either grate in position or spacers to prevent trough sides bending inwards.
• CHECK LEVEL OF TROUGH IS FLOWING TOWARDS OUTLET (as required)
• SHOULD ONLY BE INSTALLED BY PERSONS QUALIFIED TO DO SO
• INSTALLER TO DETERMINE CORRECT SIZE DRAIN IS BEING USED FOR WATER FLOW
